This equipment is a 2013 ROYAL CARGO XRCHT60-818-78 Tandem Axle Trailer.  The body looks to be in good condition overall. The front of the trailer shows significant rock dents and dings to the upper wall and the lower diamond plate.  The lower edges of the diamond plate are bent. There is surface scratch damage to the curb side front lower side wall on the exterior, and scratches on the upper road side There is superficial rust to the hitch a-frame. The interior looks to be in very good condition overall.  There are no visible penetrations to the roof, walls for floor. All of the tires are appear to have sufficient tread for use. 

This unit is equipped with quick-connect cargo tracks on the interior walls but no tie-down accessories are included.  There is a rear fold down ramp door, road side person door, and curb side utility access door. There are no keys. Interior dimensions are 8' wide, 24'4" length.

This equipment is being sold by the fleet department of a corporation or government body. The vehicle will be sold with the following declarations: Fleet Vehicle (See Footnote 1).
