The frame has peeling paint all around. Most palace are showing ships, scratches, and scuffs. Some of the DOT tape is peeling. This unit is equipped with leaf spring suspension. The tires are mounted to steel rims and appear to be a good enough addition for use. Includes spare tire. This unit is equipped with fold down ramps, and have another set on the deck.
