This unit is a Trackless MT5T series V model tractor. The odometer shows 34,622 miles and 3694 engine hours. 

The interior is dirty. The seat is showing rodent scatter. The left wheel well panel has penetrating rust. Some panels have peeling paint. 

The exterior panels are showing chipped, scratches, and scuffs. Both front fenders, doors, rear bumper and the engine cover have peeling paint. The front windshield window seal is split. The roof shield is gouged.

This unit starts and run with a boost, and may require a booster back to run. The battery is dead. One of the hydraulic hoses on the front is leaking. This unit is powered by a Cummins 4.5L four-cylinder turbo, diesel engine and a hydro-static transmission with articulated steering. The tires are mounted to steel rims and appear to be in good enough condition for you.
