The RV is a 2012 outdoors RV timber Ridge 240 RKS model, bumper pull trailer. It has a two door entry, roof air, and a single slide out accommodating the living area. The interior is dirty. Some walls are showing scratches and scuffs. The bedroom sky window is covered with fabric, all sky window plastic trim are cracked. The wooden frame of the slide out is cracked. Some wooden panels in the living area are chipped and damaged. The exterior walls are made out of hard wall fibreglass. All walls are showing chips, scratches, and scuffs. The lower left rear wall is showing signs of water delamination and mildew. The tires are mounted to alloy wheels and appear to be in a good enough condition to use. It is equipped with a battery. The propane tanks are missing. This unit is equipped with a television, stereo system, three burner stove top, oven, microwave, and a refrigerator. The layout consist of the master bedroom/bathroom in ?the front, living area in the centre and kitchen at their rear. ??
