The floor has scuffs. The exterior walls are made of hardware fiberglass. The front metal panel has chips. Both side wall have scratches. Some of the decals have faded. The unit unit is equipped two propane tanks and two batteries, the batteries have been removed in our inside interior. Steel rims are mounted, the tires appear to be in good enough condition for use. The layout consists of a master bed at the front, a living area/kitchen at the centre and a washroom/bunkhouse at the rear. the unit is equipped with a two burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, and a stereo system.
