This RV is a 2013 Forest River Catalina 30BHS model tandem axle bumper trailer. It has a single door entry, roof air, single slide out accommodating the living area. 

The interior is dirty. The mattress is missing. Some walls are showing scratches and scuffs. The master bedroom window curtains are missing and detached. The floor is lifting. The television is missing. The carpet is stained. The couch is stained. The dinette table is removed and sitting in the kitchen area floor. All bunkhouse bed are missing, the bunkhouse walls are showing mildew. All rear sky windows trim is cracked. The refrigerator panels are showing signs of water damage.

The exterior walls are made out of soft wall aluminum. The tires are mounted to alloy wheels and appear to be good enough condition to use. All walls are showing scuffs, scratches and chips. The front and left front wall are showing water delamination. Some decals are peeling. The rear wall is dented. The rear right wall lower trim is separating. The right wall has hail damage.

This unit gets power with external power applied. The battery is missing. The tires are mounted to alloy rims and appear to be in good enough condition for use.

The RV is equipped with a microwave, three burner stove top, oven, refrigerator, and a stereo system. The layout consist of the master bedroom in the front, kitchenette/dinette in the center, and washroom/bunkhouse at the rear.
