This unit is a 2016 Isuzu NPR tilt cab vacuum truck. The odometer shows 193063 kilometers. 

The interior is dirty, and is full of glass shards. The front right window is broken. The driver seat is torn. The steering column is misaligned.

All panels are showing scratches and scuffs. The grill has peeling chrome. The windshield is cracked. The headlight broken. The left mirror and housing is broken. The front left door is dented and has peeling paint. The left utility cabinet cabinets have penetrating rust. The rear doors have penetrating rust and are peeling paint. The rear bumper is dented and cracked. The right wall has peeling paint. The rear right fender is gouged. One of the right side utility doors is gouged. 

This unit gets power periodically with external power applied but does not hold charge long enough to turn over. Its engine, transmission, and driveline cannot be confirmed. Diagnostics will need to be perform. Performed to determine its exact issues.
