This RV is a 2009 KZ inc Spree 240 RBS model bumper pull travel trailer. This unit has two entry doors, roof air and a single slide out accommodating the living area/kitchen. 

The interior is dirty. The sink is cracked. The kitchen cabinets are poorly painted. Some of the wood paneling has scratches and scuffs. The slide out couch bed is missing trim. The kitchen drawer is broken. The bedroom roof has water damage.

The exterior walls are made of hard wall fiberglass. The front end has moderate chips, scratches and peeling paint. Both plastic fenders are cracked. The rear walls have water delamination. Some of the wall trim is peeling and the decal is cracked. The awning is cracked.

The slide is operational. This unit is equipped with one battery and two propane tanks. The tires are mounted on alloy rims. The side walls are cracked and will need to be replaced.

The layout of this unit consists of a master bedroom at the front kitchen, living area at the centre and a washroom at the rear. This unit is equipped with a three burner stove top, oven microwave, a flat screen television for and a refrigerator .
