This RV is a 2022 Forest River Del Terra 261RB model tandem axle bumper pole trailer. It has a single door entry, and roof air, and a single slide out accommodating the living area.

The interior is dirty. Some walls are showing scratches and scuffs. The bathroom door is gouged. One of the bathroom cabinet doors are missing. The blinds trim/bedroom door trim appear to have animal damage. 

The exterior walls are made of hard wall aluminum. All panels are showing scratches and scuffs. The entry steps are misaligned. 

This unit does not get power with external power applied. The slide out cannot be tested. The battery is dead. Diagnostics will need to be performed to determine exact issues. The tires are mounted to alloy rims and appear to be in good enough condition for you. 

This unit is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, three burner stove top, oven, television, and a stereo system. The layout consist of a master bedroom in the front, a kitchenette/dinette in the center, and a bathroom in the rear.
