This RV is a 2012 Forest River Cedar Creek 36CKTS model tandem axle fifth wheel trailer. It has a single door entry, roof air, and three slide outs, accommodating the living area.

The interior is dirty. The wall cracked by the door. The laminate floor is lifting. The carpets are stain. The shower wall has peeling wallpaper and water damage. The shower controls have a piece missing. Some light housing and wall plug covers are missing. The electric fireplace glasses missing. The ceiling fan is broken. The rear wall is cracked. The rear roof is split.

The exterior walls are made of hard wall fiberglass. The left wall is showing mildew. Both walls are showing water to lamination. Both fenders are missing. Multiple speaker covers and exterior lights are missing.

It gets power with a booster pack connected. The right side living area slide out is operational, the kitchenette and bedroom slide outs are inoperable. The right side awning is missing. The propane tanks are missing. The tires are mounted to alloy rims and have lots of tread remaining.
