This RV is a 2012 Dutchman Denali 311BH model bumper pull trailer. It has a two door entry, roof air and two slide outs accommodating the living area.

The interior is dirty. There are some trim pieces in the main bedroom that are broken. Some cabinets are chipped and scuffed. The counter top kitchen is broken and has been poorly repaired. Some of the wallpaper are lifting. The roof air vent is detached. The wooden trim for the living room area slide out is detached. The couch trim is lifting.  The bathroom door is scuffed. 

The exterior walls are made out of hard wall fibreglass. Most walls show signs of mildew. Some walls have chips and scratches. The living room and rear wall slide out show signs of water delamination. The lower plastic trim is lifting and cracked.  Some decals are peeling and faded.

This unit is missing the battery and two propane tanks. The propane tank cover is inside the RV. The tires are mounted to alloy rims and appear to be in good enough condition for use.

This unit is equipped with a television, stereo, microwave, three burners stove top, oven, and a refrigerator. The layout consist of the main bedroom at the front, kitchenette/dinette at the centre.
