This unit is a 2014 Keystone Cougar 24RKS model tandem axle bumper pull trailer. It has two door entry, roof air, and a single slide out accommodating the living area. 

The interior is dirty. Some cabinet hinges are broken. The wood panelling has scuffs and scratches. The couch and bed is worn.  

The exterior walls are mad out of hard wall fibreglass. All walls are showing chips, scratches and scuffs. Some decals are peeling. Both plastic fenders are cracked. 

This unit gets power with external power applied. The battery is dead. It is equipped with two batteries and two propane tanks. Tires are mounted to alloy rims and appear to be in good enough condition for use. 

This unit is equipped with a three burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, television and a stereo system. The layout of consists of a master bedroom/washroom at the front, living area at the centre and kitchen at the rear.
