The wallpaper by the control panel is peeling. The bed in the master bedroom mattress is stained. There are some chips on some wooden trim pieces. The sky window plastic trim is cracked. The walls are made out of hard wall fiberglass. There are scratches, chips and dents on some walls. This unit is equipped with two propane tanks and the batteries are missing. The tires are mounted to alloy wheels and appear to be in good enough condition for use. This RV is equipped with a stereo, refrigerator, three stove burner top, oven, microwave, and a television The layout consists of the master bedroom at the front, ?dinette/kitchenette at the centre and a bunkhouse/bathroom at the rear.
