This recreational vehicle is a 2015 Dutchman Kodiak 223RBSL tandem axle bumper pull trailer. It has a single door entry, roof air, and a single slide out accommodating the living area. 

The interior is dirty. Some walls are showing scratches and scuffs. The blinds are worn. The slide out trim is separating. The roof vent is cracked. The kitchen cabinet door is misaligned. 

The exterior walls are made of fiberglass. The exterior walls are showing chips, scratches, and scuffs. The left front weatherstripping is peeling. Some decals are peeling. The right wall utility light cover is missing. The exterior speaker is hanging. 

The slide out cannot be tested. The electrical system is not working properly and the slide is not functioning. The tires are mounted to alloy rims and appear to be good enough condition for use.

This unit is equipped with a stereo system, refrigerator, microwave, three burner stove, top, and a oven. The layout consist of a master bedroom in the front, kitchenette/dinette in the center, and a bathroom in the rear.
