Out of Province
The vehicle’s last jurisdiction of registration is not Alberta. The purchaser must have the vehicle undergo and pass an Out of Province inspection before it can be registered in Alberta.

Out of Country
The vehicle has not previously been registered in Canada. The purchaser must have the vehicle undergo and pass an Out of Province inspection as well as an Out of Country inspection. The purchaser may have to pay customs charges and apply for customs clearance.

As Is - Where Is
Regal Auctions makes no representation at all with regard to any details of the lot. There is no recourse of any kind for buyers.

True Mileage Unknown
The accuracy of the vehicle’s odometer reading cannot be verified and the current odometer reading is not believed to be correct.

5 Digit Odometer
The vehicle’s odometer only records mileage up to 99,999.

Odometer in Miles
The vehicle’s odometer reading is in miles and not kilometers. (1 Mile = 1.6 Kilometers)

Frame Damage
The vehicle’s frame is damaged and requires repair.

Rebuilt Status
The vehicle has been rebuilt from salvage.

Salvage Status
The vehicle has been flagged a total loss. It cannot be registered until it undergoes and passes a salvage inspection.

Non-Repairable Status
The vehicle can never again be registered or driven. It is good for parts only.

Finance Repo
The vehicle has been seized or surrendered to a creditor or bankruptcy trustee.

Fleet Vehicle
The vehicle is a commercially owned work vehicle.

Unreserved
The vehicle has no reserve price and will sell to the highest bid.

Donate A Car Canada
The proceeds from the sale of the vehicle will go to charity.

City of Calgary Fleet
The vehicle is owned by the City of Calgary.

Alberta Government Fleet
The vehicle is owned by the Government of Alberta.

Abandoned Vehicle
The vehicle has been abandoned by its owner and is being sold by the government.

Dealership Trade-In
The vehicle is being sold on behalf of a franchise dealership.
