The interior is dirty and is littered with personal items. There are scratches and scuff marks on the cabinet doors. The linoleum flooring is peeling at the entry door. The kitchen counter side trim is peeling by the sink. The dinette table top is damaged. The blinds in the master bedroom are broken. The storage door beneath the dinette is missing. The dinette ceiling light is hanging loose. The exterior walls are made of soft wall aluminum. There is hail damage on the front wall and on the road side wall. There are a few small dents on the curb side wall. The right front hub centre cap is dented. The right front scissor jack is bent. The tires are mounted on alloy rims and have fair amount of tread remaining. The slide is operational. It comes with two batteries. The two propane tanks are missing. It is equipped with a flatscreen TV and a stereo system. It also comes with a three burner stove, oven, microwave and a refrigerator.
