This 39' RV is a 2012 Thor Redwood 36 RE model fifth wheel trailer. The trailer has single entry door, roof air and three slide out accommodating the living area, kitchen and the master bed. The interior is dirty and has personal items scattered throughout. The living area walls are littered with stickers. There are scratches and scuff marks on the sides of the kitchen island and on the cabinet doors. The recliners in the living area slide is missing. The exterior walls are made of hard wall fiberglass. The front end has chips. The decals on both side wall and the rear wall are cracked and starting to peel. There are minor scuff marks on both side walls. The tires are mounted on all rims and have plenty of tread remaining. The slides are operational. The trailer comes with a battery. The propane tanks are missing. It is equipped with an electric fireplace and a flatscreen TV. The living room TV and the stereo are missing. It also comes with a three burner stove, microwave and a refrigerator. The layout features master bedroom at the front, kitchen in the middle and living area at the rear.
