This 31ft RV is a 2022 Forest River Evo Lite Series T2700BHX model bumper pull travel trailer. It has two entry doors, roof air, and a single slide out accommodating the living area.

The interior is dirty, full of insects and insect fecal matter. The wood trims are showing scratches and scuffs. 

The exterior walls are made of soft wall aluminum. All walls have scratches, scuffs, and dents. There are chips across the front wall.

This unit comes with a battery and two propane tanks. The tires have been mounted to steel rims and appeared to be good enough condition for use. The slide out is operational.

It is equipped with a three burner stove top, oven, microwave, refrigerator, outdoor kitchen and electric fireplace. The layout consists of a master bedroom at the front, kitchen/living area in the centre and a bathroom/bunkhouse at the rear.
