This 26ft RV is a 2012 Forest River Salem 24BHSS model fifth wheel travel trailer. It has a single entry door, roof air, and a single slide out accommodating the living area. This unit does not have keys.

The interior is dirty. The interior has been renovated, the walls have been painted white and the floor has been replaced. The floor is misaligned and separating. The stairs are incomplete. A new kitchen backsplash has been installed. There are wood trim pieces missing throughout the trailer. Multiple walls have drill holes. The master bedroom mattress is missing.

The exterior walls are made of soft wall aluminum. The front wall and front wall compartment door are bent. The top of the front wall is cracked and has chips. The front frame is bent. The slide out plastic moulding is broken. The left side wall is crumpled. The left side fender is missing. The right side wall has hail damage. All walls are showing scratches and scuffs. All decals are cracked and peeling.

This unit comes with a propane tank and a battery. The tires have been mounted to alloy rims and will need to be replaced. The slide out is operational.

It is equipped with a stereo system, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and a three burner stove top. The layout consists of a master bedroom at the front, kitchen/living area in the centre and a bunkhouse/bathroom at the rear.
