This 41' RV is a 2015 Forest River Cedar Creek Cottage Hathaway Destination Series 40 CD model bumper pull travel trailer. The trailer has two entry doors and three slide outs accommodating the living area, den and the master bed. 

The interior is clean. The couch is worn. One of the couch cushion is missing. Cushion in den is missing. There are scratches and scuff marks on the sides of cabinets and doors. An aftermarket wardrobe has been installed in the living room. 

The exterior walls are made of hard wall fiberglass. The front end has chips. There are minor scratches on the curb side skirting. The tires are mounted on steel rims and have good amount of tread remaining. All sides have pegs installed. 

The slides are operational. The battery and propane tanks are missing. 

It is equipped with a flatscreen TV, stereo system and an electric fireplace. It also comes with a three burner stove, oven, microwave and a refrigerator. The layout features den at the front, living area/kitten in the middle and master bedroom at the rear.
