This 31' RV is a 2013 Dutchmen Classic Series 261BHS model bumper pull travel trailer. The trailer has two entry doors, roof air and a single slide out accommodating the living area. This unit has no keys. 

The interior is clean. There are scratches and scuff marks on the sides of kitchen island and on the cabinet doors. The cabinet door above the refrigerator is broken. 

The exterior walls are made of hard wall fiberglass. The front end has chips. The front end of road side wall has slight water delamination. There is glue residue on the road side wall and on the rear wall. There is a small dent on the road side wall skirting. Both fenders have small cracks. The awning is worn. The curb side decals are cracked. The tires are mounted on aluminum rims and are low on tread. 

The slide is operational. The trailer comes with a battery and two propane tanks. 

It is equipped with a flatscreen TV and a stereo system. It also comes with a three burner stove, oven, microwave and a refrigerator. The layout features master bedroom at the front, living area/kitchen in the middle and bunkbeds at the rear.
