The interior is dirty and will require a full detail. There are patches of damaged flooring by the kitchen and living area. The master bedroom sliding door rail is broken. There are scratches and scuff marks on the cabinet doors.

The exterior walls are made of hard wall fiberglass. The front end has chips. There is surface rust visible on the frame. The decals on the front and curb side wall are cracked. There are scratches on both side walls. The curb side skirting has small dents. The right side fender has small cracks. The tires are mounted on alloy rims and are showing cracks.
