This unit is a 2013 Creek Side outdoors RV 23RKS model tandem axle bumper pull trailer. It has a single door entry, roof air and a single slide out accommodating the living area. 

The interior is dirty. There scratches and scuffs on some panels and cabinets.

The exterior walls are made out of hard wall fibreglass. All walls are showing chips, scratches and scuffs. Some decals are peeling. 

The slide out is operational. This unit is equipped with two batteries and two propane tanks. The tires are mounted to steel rims and appear to be in good enough condition for use. 

This unit is equipped with a three burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, stereo system and television. The layout consists of a master bedroom/washroom at the front, living area/dinette at the centre and a kitchen at the rear.
