This RV is a 2006 Forest river Wildwood T23 model bumper pole travel trailer. It has two entry doors. This unit does not have keys.

The interior is dirty and full of personals. The wood trims are showing scratches and scuffs. The shower skylight plastic trim is cracked.

The exterior walls are made of soft wall aluminum. The front checker plate and lower rear wall are bent. There are chips across the front wall. All walls are showing scuffs. Both entry doors have mildew spots. The awning is torn.

The tires have been mounted to steel rims and appear to be in good enough condition for use. The battery and both propane tanks are missing.

It is equipped with a stereo system, three burner stove top, oven and a refrigerator. The layout consists of a master bedroom at the front, kitchen/living area in the centre and a bathroom at the rear.
