This 42' RV is a 2022 Shasta by Forest River Phoenix X Edition Fifth Wheel Series 355FBX model fifth wheel travel trailer. It has a single entry door, roof air and two slide outs, accommodating the living area and master bedroom. This unit does not have keys.

The interior is dirty. The wood trims are showing scratches and scuffs. A kitchen cabinet door and a master bathroom door have both fallen off the hinges. Both flatscreen televisions are missing. There is a hole cut in one of the cabinets.

The exterior walls are made of hard wall fibreglass. There are chips on the front wall. All walls have scratches and scuffs. The roadside wall has scrapes on the lower metal trim and has been torn off the sidewall. The rear wall is cracked. The rear bumper is dented. The curb side fender is cracked. The curb side lower compartment door is bowed out.

The tires have been mounted to alloy rims and appear to be in good enough condition for use. Both propane tanks and both batteries are missing. The master bedroom slide out does not close fully.

It is equipped with a stereo system, microwave, three burner stove, top, oven and refrigerator. The layout consists of a bunkhouse/bathroom at the front, living area/kitchen at the centre and master bedroom/bathroom at the rear.
