RV is a 2022 keystone sunset trail super light series 272BH model bumper pull travel trailer. It has two entry doors, roof air, and a single slide out accommodating the living area.

The interior is dirty. Some of the wood trims are showing scratches and scuffs. Some of the wall tape is cracked and peeling. The shower walls are peeling.

The exterior walls are made of hard wall fiberglass. The rear wall has water delamination. There are chips across the front wall. Both side walls have scuffs.

The tires have been mounted to alloy rims and appeared to be in good enough condition for use. Both batteries and both propane tanks are missing. The slide out is operational.



It is equipped with a microwave, oven, refrigerator, and a three burner stove top. The layout consists of a master bedroom at the front, kitchen/living area in the centre and a bunkhouse/bathroom at the rear.
