This 35' RV is a 2022 Crossroads Cruiser Aire 31SI model fifth wheel. It has a single entry door, roof air, and three slide outs accommodating the kitchen, living area and master bedroom.

The interior is dirty. The wood trims are showing scratches and scuffs. The rear curtain is broken. 

Exterior walls are made of hard wall fiberglass. There are chips across the front wall. The left slide out has water delamination. The right slide out does not re-seat properly without pushing from the exterior. The right side wall has water some delamination.

This unit comes with a battery and a propane tank. The second propane tank is missing. The tires have been mounted to alloy rims and appear to be in good enough condition for use.

It is equipped with an electric fireplace, flatscreen television, refrigerator, wine fridge, microwave, oven, three burner stove top. The layout consists of a master bedroom/bathroom at the front and a kitchen/living area at the rear.
