There is a severe leaking on the roof at the front end. The interior is in tough condition. The bedroom cabinet doors are missing. The mattress is missing. 

The exterior walls are made of soft wall aluminum. The levelling jack is bent. There are chips across the front wall. All walls are showing scratches, scuffs, and dents. The right rear corner is bent and peeling. The left fender is missing. The right fender is peeling from the body. The front decals are cracked and peeling. The entry door has scratches.

This unit comes with two propane tanks and a battery. The tires have mounted to steel rims and appear to be in good enough condition for use.

This unit has a stove, oven, microwave, and a refrigerator. The layout consists of a single master bedroom at the front, kitchen/living area in the center and a bunkhouse/bathroom at the rear.
