This 28ft RV is a 2014 Forest River Rockwood Roo Series 23RS model bumper pull travel trailer. It has a single entry door, roof air and a single slide out accommodating the master bedroom.

The interior is dirty. The wood trims are showing scratches and scuffs. The floors and walls have stains. The walls have drill holes.

The exterior walls are made of hard wall fiberglass. There are chips across the front wall. The front wall has a poor silicon plug repair. All walls are showing scratches and scuffs. All walls have mildew spots. Most decals are cracked and peeling. The rear bumper has an extension installed. The lower metal rear trim is bent. The right side fender is broken.

This unit comes with two batteries. Both propane tanks are missing. The tires have been mounted to alloy rims and appeared to be good enough condition for use. The slide out cannot be tested, the batteries are dead and locked.

It is equipped with a microwave, oven, three burner stove top, stereo system and a refrigerator. The layout consists of a bunkhouse at the front, kitchen/bathroom in the centre and a master bedroom at the rear.
