The interior is clean and is showing in fair overall condition. There is no visible damage to any of the floor, walls or ceiling. The main slide side fascia is warped on the bottom. The exterior walls are made of hard wall fiberglass. There are signs of water delamination on the curb side wall. The cap has a gel coat crack and is showing mildew spots on it. Some of the decals are cracked. The slides are operable. The trailer comes with one battery. The propane tanks are missing. The trailer is equipped with an electric fireplace, flat screen TV and multimedia system. There is an outdoor kitchen with a mini fridge, mini sink and two burner cooking top. The layout features a master bedroom in the front and bunk house in the rear.
