This 35' RV is a 2012 keystone Denali DE311BH model bumper pull travel trailer. It has two entry doors, roof air, and two slide out accommodating the living area and the bunkhouse.

The interior is dirty. There are signs of rodent activity throughout the trailer. The wood trims have scratches and scuffs. The cabinet wood has been cut. The roof trim is peeling. The bathroom and kitchen skylights are broken. 

The exterior walls are made of hard wall fiberglass. The front checker plate has dents. There are chips across the front wall. The weatherstripping on the front wall is broken. The front wall light and left side wall side marker are broken. The front wall has water delamination. Most decals are cracked and peeling. The lower metal trim has dents. The right side compartment door has water delamination, and the lock will not turn.

The battery and both propane tanks are missing. The tires have been mounted to alloy rims and appear to be in good enough condition for use. The bunkhouse slide out does not fully shut properly.

This unit is equipped with a three burner stove top, oven, microwave, refrigerator, stereo system, and two flatscreen televisions. The layout consists of a master bedroom at the front, kitchen/living area in the centre and bathroom/bunkhouse at the rear.
