This 41' RV is a 2011 Forest River-California/Oregon Sandstorm Limited Toy Hauler Series F42QSSP model fifth wheel travel trailer. It has two entry doors, roof air, rear ramp door, and four slide outs accommodating the master bedroom, kitchen and living area.

The interior is dirty. The wood trims are showing scratches and scuffs.

The exterior walls are made of hard wall fiberglass. There are chips across the front wall. The front checker plate has dents. The rear and curbside walls have water delamination. The curbside fender is cracked. Both side walls have scratches, scuffs and dents. The curb side wall has a hole. Most decals have been removed.

The tires have been mounted to steel rims and appear to be in good enough condition for use. Both propane tanks and all batteries are missing. The door for the battery hook up is seized shut and not accessible, it is not possible to apply external power to this unit. This unit is equipped with a Cummins Onan RV QG 5500 EVAP generator.

It is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, three burner stove top, oven, two flat televisions and a stereo system. The layout consists of a master bedroom/bathroom at the front, kitchen/living area in the centre and a toy hauler at the rear.
