This RV is a 2005 Fleetwood orbit 260FQ model bumper pole travel trailer. It has two entry doors and a single slide out accommodating the living area.

The interior is clean. The floor has been cut. The floor is cracking and has soft spots. Some of the wood trim are showing scratches and scuffs. Some of the wood trim is peeling. The slide out controls and some of the outlets have been detached from the walls.

The exterior walls are made of hard wall fiberglass. There are chips across the front wall. The front entry door does not open from the exterior. Both side and rear walls have water delamination. All decals are cracked and peeling. The left front compartment lock is broken. Both fenders are cracked. Both side walls have multiple areas of poor repair.

This unit comes with two propane tanks. The battery is inaccessible. The slide out has not been tested. The tires have been mounted to steel rims and appear to be in good enough condition for use.

It is equipped with a stereo system, refrigerator, microwave, oven and a three burner stove top. The Leo consists of a master bedroom at the front, dinette/living area in the centre and a kitchen/bathroom at the rear.
