This 37' RV is a 1999 Jayco Designer Fifth Wheel Series 3710 RLTS model fifth wheel trailer. The trailer has single entry door, roof air and three slide out accommodating the living area and master bed. 

The interior is clean. The flooring is spongy by the washroom. 

The exterior walls are made of hard wall fiberglass. The front end has chips. Both side walls have water delamination. The decals are cracked, faded and peeling. The curb side fender is cracked. The tire mounted on alloy rims and have a good amount of tread remaining for usage. 

The living area slide has to be manually pushed into retract. The other two slides are operational. The trailer comes with a battery and two propane tanks. 

It is equipped with a TV and stereo system. The living room TV is missing. The trailer also comes with a three burner stove, oven, microwave and a refrigerator. The layout features master bedroom at the front, kitchen in the middle and living area at the rear.
