This 40' Class A motorhome is a 2014 Forest River Berkshire 400 BH model built on a Freightliner X-Line chassis. This motorhome has single entry door, roof air and four slide outs accommodating the living area, kitchen, bunk beds and the master bed. The odometer shows 33,640 km. 

The interior is clean. The kitchen counter side is cracked. The slide control has been detached and is hanging loose. The bunk bed mattresses are missing. 

The front end and the windshield have chips. There are scratches on the road side wall. 

The engine starts and runs. It is powered by a 6.7 Litre six cylinder 360hp Cummins diesel engine and an automatic transmission. The kitchen slide is stuck open. The slides are inoperable, a diagnostic will need to be performed to determine the exact problem. Primary battery and the inverter batteries are missing. The wiring by the battery are ripped. 

It is equipped with a flatscreen TV, electric fireplace and a DVD entertainment system. It also comes with a three burner stove, microwave and a refrigerator. The living room TV and the master bedroom TV are missing. The layout features living room/kitchen at the front, bunkhouse/washroom in the middle and master bedroom at the rear.
