This 27ft RV is a 1988 triple E Regency C822XL motorhome built on a Ford chassis. It has a single entry door and a roof air. 

The interior is dirty. The ceiling is splitting and has water damage. There is signs of rodent activity. The bathroom wall is cut and has exposed wires. The front roof trim is cracked and has been stapled into place. The overhead living area light is broken. The skylight shroud is cracked. The master bed mattress has stains. The lower master bedroom wall is peeling. The wood trims are showing scratches and scuffs. Some wood trims are cracked and peeling. The seat cushions have stains. Stereo system is inoperable.

The exterior walls are made of hard wall fiberglass. there are chips across the front end and windshield. The hood and the front bumper fascia are peeling paint. Both side and rear walls have water delamination. Both side and rear walls are cracked. Both fenders are broken. The roof and rear wall have mildew spots. The rear bumper is bent. The spare cover is gouged. Both rear reflectors are broken. The right side weatherstripping is peeling and broken. The rear ladder is backed out and the rear wall has screw holes. All decals are sun faded.

This unit starts and runs with a boost. It is powered by a Ford Triton 7.5 Litre ten cylinder engine and an automatic transmission. The odometer shows 138,475 kilometers. The tires have been mounted to steel rims and appear to be in good enough condition for use. It is equipped with a Onan emerald one Genset generator. The generator will not start.

It is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, stereo system, oven, and a four burner stove top. The layout consists of a living area/dinette at the front and a kitchen/master bedroom at the rear.
