Unit is a 2020 Forest River 18FT CONCESSION TRAILER. The trailer model is OREHW818TA3 and it is a modified 18 ft tandem axle enclosed trailer. 

Interior is in good overall condition. This food trailer conversion has stainless counter tops surrounding much of the interior and is insulated and wired for power. The stereo system appears to have been removed and only speakers remain on the roof of the trailer.

Exterior walls have been wrapped and overall condition is unknown.  The front checker plate has a hole and some minor road rash.  Some minor dents and damage are visible all around the trailer that matches normal wear and tear.  Curb side wall has several holes drilled in it.  

Generator starts and runs. Tires are mounted on steel rims and appear to have some treat remaining though should be replaced soon. 

Unit is fitted with a Honda EU7000is Generator showing 803 hrs, it is wired with a breaker panel, outlets and lights. There is a Beverage Air SP48-12 prep table, two winco food warmers, Kelvinator KCHUC48R cooler, stainless double prep sink and single handwash sink with space saver hot water tank.
