This 30' RV is a 2014 Heartland Pioneer Series 27TB model bumper pull travel trailer. The trailer has two entry doors, roof air and a single slide out accommodating the living area. The interior is clean. The bunk house has been modified into an office room. The door screen is torn. The exterior walls are made of soft wall aluminum. There is hail damage on all side walls. The front end has chips. The front diamond plate and the curb side skirting have sharp dents. The decals on the curb side wall are cracked and peeling. Both fenders are cracked. The tires are mounted on steel rims and have plenty of tread remaining. The slide is operational. The trailer comes with two batteries and two propane tanks. It is equipped with a flatscreen TV and a stereo system. It also comes with a three burner stove, oven, microwave and a refrigerator. The layout features master bed at the front and washroom at the rear.
